Barwell Leisure and
Barwell International Properties have been high profile
companies on La Manga Club for over 30 years. Barwell Leisure,
based in the UK has flown holidays makers to the exclusive La
Manga Club and Barwell International Properties has been
selling properties extremely successful during this time. It
was therefore decided to offer a complete solution to
purchasers by creating Barwell Management Services to deal
with the management of the properties for both non-rental and
rental clients.
Over the last 10 years Benito Management
Services have been operating as a management company on the La
Manga Club and a mutual agreement was reached and Barwell
Management Services have undertaken to service these clients.
Barwell has also been able to retain the staff excellence from
Benito’s and the team now resides in the Barwell office at
Calle del Sud.
