Comprehensive Management Package

In addition to our standard management package, we also offer a Comprehensive Management package. There are many benefits to this, not least of which is that we take care of all your Spanish financial obligations. Dealing with local authorities and public utility companies at home can be tiresome, so imagine what it is like in another country. Our Comprehensive Management package takes away all those worries, as we look after your accounts on your behalf.

This is best suited for owners who wish to enjoy their second home to its fullest, safe in the knowledge that all their bills are being met.

If you decide to opt for our Comprehensive Management package, you get all the benefits of the Standard Management programme, as well as all the following: Payment of all accounts and/or invoices on your behalf originating from the following sources:

• Community Administrator
• Contribution Urbana / Local Town Hall
• Electricity Company
• Water Company
• Property Insurance
• Club TV (the providers of Satellite TV at La Manga Club)
• Inmogolf
• Telephone Company

In addition, we can also liaise directly with your Spanish Fiscal representatives on all tax matters.

We can only make payments on behalf of owners if their account has sufficient funds. BMS ensures that owners are notified when payments are due to be made.

Comprehensive Management is available to all owners who have a property management contract with BMS.

How much is the annual management fee?

The annual management fee varies depending on which community your property is located in, and also the number of bedrooms at the villa or apartment.
