you own an individual villa with a private pool, or are
thinking of purchasing such a property at La Manga Club, then
we have the ideal package for you. We offer a wide range of
services for individual villa owners, all of which are
personally tailored to ensure that your property is maintained
to the highest standard, and prepared to meet your exact
needs. We already look after a significant number of villas,
and each one has a unique management package supplied by BMS.
The reason for that is that no two properties are exactly the
same, and we feel the best way to look after individual villas
is to ensure that each home is given a personal and unique
assessment by senior members of our team.
In addition to our Standard and
Comprehensive Management Packages, details of which can be
found on our Property
Management page, we are able to offer the following
services to villa owners:
Garden Maintenance
The climate at La Manga Club is generally
hot and dry, and this can play havoc with your garden. It is
essential, therefore, that your garden is maintained on a
regular basis, and we have a dedicated Garden Inspector who
can help ensure your garden always looks its best. Our
inspector works closely with two of the best local garden
contractors to ensure that your garden always looks its best.
Once we have agreed to maintain your garden, our Garden
Inspector will visit the property, and make an initial report.
It will take note of the condition of the garden, the type of
watering system used, and will include suggestions on layout
and planting.
BMS offers the following garden service:
- Hedge and lawn
cutting
- Weed removal from
driveways
- Pruning as and
when the season dictates
- Removing all dead
heads from plants to encourage regrowth
- Treating plants
for slugs, snails and other insects
- Spraying shrubs
and trees
- Watering of
gardens and exterior planters
- Supply and feed
with adequate fertilisers
- Regular water
meter readings
As part of our service, we compile
a quarterly report detailing the condition of the garden,
any problems which
may have occurred, and also includes suggestions on how
to improve the garden. The report is compiled by our Garden
Inspector and the Head Gardener.
The price for Garden Maintenance
depends on the size and type of garden.
Pool Cleaning Service
One
of the joys of owning an individual villa is having your own
swimming pool. It is vitally important that you keep your pool
clean in order to enjoy it to the full. We have a dedicated
team whose responsibility it is to ensure that your swimming
pool is kept in pristine condition (weather permitting). We
carry out the following pool cleaning services:
Pool cleaned three times a week from
April - October
Pool cleaned once a week
from November - March
In addition to this our pool technicians
will also carry out the following services:
- Check water levels
- Clean Pool Walls
and Floor
- Check the Pump
- Clean Skimmers and
Pool Filters
- Vacuum Pool Floor
and Clean the Surface
- Maintenance of the
correct pool pH levels, ensuring cleanliness and safe
bathing.
Vehicle Maintenance
Many of our owners have their own cars
which they use when they visit their villas in Spain. However,
it is vitally important that they are maintained, especially
as the vehicles are not being used on a regular basis.
Our annual management fee for Individual Villa owners includes
the following services:
- Taking the car for
MOT testing (excludes MOT Duty)
- Monthly start up
of engine
- Valeted inside and
out once a year
- Administration of
Road Tax and Insurance
Golf Buggy Maintenance
A number of villa owners have their
own Golf Buggys, the ideal way for travelling round the
golf course (and La Manga Club, if you don’t want
to use your car.) We offer the following services to Individual
Villa Owners:
- Monthly start up
of the engine
- Valeted inside and
out once a year
- Administration of
La Manga Club permit
