Other Services BMS offers a wide range of additional services, all of which are designed to ensure that you enjoy your stay at your La Manga Club property to the full. We have listed some of our most popular additional services below.

Business Bureau

Although most people visiting La Manga Club want to stay as far away from work as possible, there is no need for you or your guests to completely cut yourself off from the outside world. We can offer the following office services, for a small charge:

Equipment Hire

Travelling with small children or very young babies can be fraught with problems. Not only do you have to worry about getting them to your holiday home, but in most cases you have to think about their safety whilst they are in your villa or apartment. However, at BMS we can arrange for cots, stairgates and highchairs to be delivered to your property for a minimal charge. All our safety equipment meets EU regulations, and is checked on a regular basis. The following items can be hired from BMS by you, or your guests:

Cot (including linen)
High Chair
Stairgate
Extra Bed (Z-Bed)
Electric Heater
Fan Hire
Television
Dehumidifier
Portable A/C unit

Please note, all items are subject to availability and can only be hired for a minimum of 7 nights.

Food Hall

A typical grocery pack There is nothing better than arriving at your property safe in the knowledge that you will have a grocery pack ready and waiting for you or your guests. All you have to do is tell us when you are arriving, and what you want delivered to your property, and leave the rest to us. Our standard food pack includes such essentials as Six eggs, 1 litre of milk, 250 grams of butter, coffee, tea, 1 kg sugar, marmalade, a bottle of white wine, 1 litre of orange juice, 1.5 litres of water, 1 loaf and cheese portions. We can also organise flowers and Cava for those special occasions such as birthdays and wedding anniversaries.

Inventory Checks

BMS can arrange a full inventory in your property at any time of the year, providing your villa or apartment is not occupied. Prices for this are available on request. We also carry out regular inventory checks on your property, though this does not include checking every individual item of crockery, cutlery or glassware etc. The price for this service is dependent on the number of bedrooms your villa or apartment has (see below).

Call Out Charges

A member of the BMS team is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You should only call us in case of an emergency, as call out charges apply outside of office hours.

Sunday and Fiestas €90.00

*Please note, these prices do not include BMS employees’ time which is charged at €42.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of 1 hour.

Replacement Gas Bottles

A number of properties at La Manga Club have gas barbecues. BMS can organise for replacement gas bottles to be either collected from our offices, or delivered to your villa or apartment, if necessary, for a small charge.

Key Collection

BMS offers a 24 hour key collection service from its offices in La Plaza at the heart of La Manga Club. Keys can be collected from our offices during office hours, and from our coded night security box when the office is closed. A charge of €6.00 applies when owners collect keys from our coded night security box.

Administration Charges for Private Rentals

A Key Collection Administrations Fee of €40.00 applies when owners private rentals collect keys either from our offices, or from the night security box. The charge includes BMS administration time, provision of directions, resort map and resort information. BMS charges are significantly lower than those applied by other management companies at La Manga Club.

Miscellaneous Administration Services

BMS offers a whole range of miscellaneous administration services on behalf of owners at La Manga Club. Many of the services offered are already part of our Comprehensive Management package, but are also available for owners participating in our Standard Management programme.

Miscellaneous services include:

Payment of Electricity/Water (if on direct debit through BMS Accounts)
Electricty Accounts (if not on Direct Debit through BMS Accounts)
Payment of Contribution Urbana
Arrange Cable TV Installation
Payment of Home Insurance
Payment of Community Fees
Payment of Inmogolf Accounts

All of these are included as part of our Comprehensive Management Programme and are covered by the monthly fee. However, all of these services are also available at a small extra charge for those enjoying the services of our Standard Management package.

In addition, we can also offer the following miscellaneous administration services:

Interior Design and Home Furnishing

In addition to the wide range of services we offer, BMS can also help you with the interior design, fixtures and fittings and soft furnishings at your villa or apartment. We have arrangements with local and international interior design companies and suppliers of home furnishings. Please ask one of our staff for details.

Telephone Installation and Print Outs

BMS can arrange for you to have a telephone fitted in your villa or apartment, if it does not already have one. Two phone systems operate at La Manga Club, one operated by Inmogolf the company that owns La Manga Club, and the other by Telefonica, the Spanish national telecommunications company.

Inmogolf has its own switchboard which enables you receive incoming calls and make telephone calls around La Manga Club free of charge. If you, or your guests wish to make telephone calls to numbers beyond La Manga Club, we can arrange for you to have your phone “connected” and also arrange for telephone print outs, thus enabling you to keep tabs on the cost of your calls.

Telefonica operates its own system, and utilises a separate phone line and number. We can also arrange for a Telefonica line to be put into villa or apartment for a small charge.
