Management Package
Our
Standard Management package automatically includes the
following:
Monthly Inspections
A monthly inspection
and airing of the property is carried out when your home
is unoccupied and a written report is
sent to the owner. The inspection includes checks for
any signs of interior and exterior structural damage, leaks,
water ingress, humidity and the condition of the furnishings.
If there are any major problems with the property, you
will be notified straight away. Our team of experienced
inspectors will make prompt and timely suggestions on
how
to solve any problems that arise.
However, if you do not feel that a monthly
inspection is sufficient, we can carry out additional
inspections at your request, for a small additional charge.
This allows you to set the standard of service you require for
your home from home.
Monthly Accounts
A monthly Statement
of Accounts is sent to you detailing
all your Housekeeping and Technical Services expenditure
during the month.
The Services of an Inspector and
Supervisor
One of our inspectors is designated
to look after your property. The inspector acts as your
first point
of contact
with BMS, ensuring that your property is well looked
after and maintained. It is their job to answer any queries
relating
to your property, and also to advise you of any problems
found during inspections.
Reception and Key Service
We offer a reception and
key service at our centrally located at the Barwell
Office at Los Naranjos from Monday to
Saturday for owners and their guests. BMS keeps a coded
record of all keys, and never hands keys over to third
parties, without the express permission of the property’s
owner. We also have a secure night box where we leave
keys for owners or their guests, if they wish to collect
them
outside of normal office opening hours.
On Site Service
Members of the BMS team
are always on hand to help you with your day-to-day needs.
With a team of more than 20
experienced, bi-lingual staff, we are able to deal with
most problems in a prompt and professional manner.
One
Off Property Inventory
An initial “one off” property
inventory listing all contents is undertaken free of
charge, on request. |
