Team
Barwell Management Services has its own Technical
Services team which deals with maintenance of the villas and
apartments we look after on a day-to-day basis. The three
members of the team have many years experience of working at
La Manga Club, and there are few, if any problems they cannot
resolve.
The team is supplemented at busy times of the year
by additional staff, meaning that they are always on hand to
resolve problems promptly and efficiently.
On those rare occasions when they are confronted
with problems that require specialist input, they can call on
the services of expert local contractors who will put the
matter right.
The outside contractors that we use have worked
with BMS for many years, and are vetted for reliability and
the quality of their service.
What Does Technical Services
Include?
As a result of dealing with a vast
number of properties at La Manga Club, our highly skilled,
and versatile team has developed a broad range of skills.
No task is too great or small for our team. They can deal
with something as simple as changing a light bulb, or clearing
blocked drains to much more complex jobs such as carrying
out a full re-wiring of a property, retiling bathrooms
or terrace areas, or sorting out problems with Spanish
plumbing!
We pride ourselves on our prompt response
to problems, and our ability to sort them out with the minimum
of fuss, ensuring that neither you nor your guests are
inconvenienced in the process.
Property Renovation and Refurbishment
Many of our
current owners have undertaken large refurbishments and
renovations of their villas and apartments in recent years.
During the last couple of years, BMS has fitted a number of
new kitchens, bathrooms and floors in many of the homes we
look after. Not only does this mean that the property remains
fresh and up-to-date, but it also helps ensure that ongoing
maintenance of fixtures and fittings is kept to a minimum.
We have many years of experience of
renovating and refurbishing properties, and can advise you on
how to make the most of your home from home.
BMS manages all aspects of a property
refurbishment, from organising for contractors to carry out
the work, to ensuring that it is completed within agreed
budgets and timescales.
One thing is certain, when BMS manages a
refurbishment project, you can say goodbye to DIY! We have
undertaken a number of major renovations, ranging from the
building of tennis courts to completely gutting the interior
of a home and changing all the fixtures and fittings.
We have a bi-lingual Technical Services
co-ordinator who liaises with local contractors ensuring that
they complete their work on time, and do not exceed their
budgets.
Most of our outside contractors have
worked with us for many years, and we only work with the crème
de la crème of local craftsmen. We know them, we trust them,
and they are answerable to us, if we do not feel their work
meets our exacting standards.
